“It’s a grand and glamorous hotel which witnesses the glorious days of Japan. There’s a huge lobby with a European style library. The lounge is huge with sunset ocean views. The hot springs is huge too that is built by jade. The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk helped us booking a five lake tour. Breakfasts were very good. Didn’t try dinner. Stayed there 2 nights. Memorable!”

“オールインクルーシブでしたが、今までにないレベル。お酒も種類豊富なうえ、時間によっておつまみも変わっていた。外の足湯をしながら、飲み放題のお酒とつまみのチロルチョコ。ビュッフェも種類よりも、目の前で調理してくれて質重視。とても満足度の高いホテルでした。”

“Beautiful hotel! The free drinks are helpful any time of day (alcohol only in the afternoon and evening). The onsen is well worth a visit: go at 7pm as it's very quiet while people are eating. ”

“施設は新しくて清潔、部屋もドミトリーと個室があり快適でした。特筆すべきはサウナで、水風呂はキンキンに冷えていて、外気浴、内気浴、焚火もしてくれます。貸切の時間帯でしたがスタッフさんの好意で一人で利用させていただきました。宿は知床観光船の事故で落ち込んだ地域を活性化させたいとの思いで宿を始めたようで、昼は食事も提供していて地域の方で混雑していました。次回は食事もしたいです！”

“静かで居心地もよく、料理も美味しく夕食の自分で揚げる天ぷらも大変美味しかったです。また貸切露天から見える星空も素晴らしかったです。”

“ホテルは清潔で食事も良いです。しかしホテルの外で車を誘導するスタッフの奈良さん(スキンヘッド)の対応は高圧的、且つ、威圧的で最悪でした。ホテルの近くにスーパーマーケットがあるか聞いたのですが、知床に初めて来た客に対して、「そこにT字路があるじゃないですか」といきなり言われても、通って来ていないし知床は初めて来たし分からない旨を伝えると突然に大声で怒鳴りつけるようにイライラしながら早口でまくし立てられました。そんな言い方はしないでくれという趣旨のことを言いましたが、それに対してお詫びもせず、最後まで高圧的で、威張り散らされました。部屋も食事も素晴らしかったのですが、一人のスタッフの対応の悪さで非常に残念なホテルになりました。”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property offered privacy and comfort for us. The space was enough to sleep many people and also offered a laundry facility. There is a wonderful cafe on the property operated by a very friendly woman offering a variety of tea drinks. It was definitely a local hang out.
